ID True can reveal a lot of information on people. Make sure you follow these guidelines, so you aren't breaking any Federal or State laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
If you are an employer screening candidate for a job, use a service like this for employment screening.
You Can use IDTrue for:
Search for family members
Search for a family for an email or phone number of relatives or family members.
Find out information on your neighbors
Look up criminal histories and sex offender registry on neighbors.
Check out someone you are dating
Find spouse or roommate names, address history, and arrest records.
Check out someone you might be meeting alone
Meeting someone you met online, relator, or buying something online and meeting in person? Check them out first.
Search your own background history
View public records associated with you, and others may find.
You Can NOT use ID True for:
Screen employees for employment or jobs
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (the "FCRA") prohibits screening employees without a permissable purpose or proper disclosures.
Screen domestic or housekeeping services
A nanny or housekeeper is considered an employee and may not use the service to screen them.
Screen tenants as a landlord
The FCRA also regulates tenant rights. You may not screen tenants using our service.
Qualify someone for an insurance or financial service product
You can not use public records to check someone's credit or ability to qualify for a loan or financial product.
Abuse service to harass or stalk someone
You can not use our service for harassment.
